I wish....I knew....

I wish...I knew...
If it's gonna be True !
Would things fall in place?
And the Sun shine thru !!


If this Chaos would ever end,
And would Life be as smooth as the Plain?
If Wishes would have Wings,
And would they fulfill all my Dreams?


If all this Rain would lead,
To a Rainbow of Joy beneath ?
Oh! How I wish... I knew...
If it's ever gonna be true !!

At the Crossroad.....

              She stood at the Crossroad, observing the chaos that lay around. Pondering as to which road to take and whether the road would choose her or would she get to choose the road. Looking back she sighed " It was an eventful journey"...and still the road to the past was open, beckoning and tempting her with the familiarity of the path...with no hurdles or ditch in sight..she could easily run back into it's strong arms. But something in her resisted this urge....she looked to her right...
           Here the path seemed quite straight and predictable...she knew all the consequences of taking this path....she could even see the milestones she could achieve. But then, she wondered, "would it be worth it, if there was no one to share the joy of achievement?"  "Would she regret taking it when the journey ends?"....of course she had been lucky to have fellow travellers up till now...but everyone deserted her to follow their own destined path after sometime ...."would she be lucky each time?"....she knew not...so she turned to look to her left...
        Aha! what a sight to see....everything looked new, untraveled and as fresh as morning breeze. The path looked unpredictable and enticing. It had some similarity which made one comfortable, and yet a mystery which would unravel along the course...It stirred her soul, to draw it near..."Take this path" her heart whispered..."No !!" said the mind " U know not where it leads, what if it ends back to join the past?" "But it may lead up to the Future too" whispered the heart...."It's too risky to know !!" she decided...."I'll just watch it from the shore".....coz it's wonderful just to know.
        She looked ahead determined....but could see nothing except a clouded sky. The fog made it difficult even to see the path ahead...she wondered " if the sun would ever shine to show her the way". She took a few tentative steps..but the haze clouded her judgement. All she could do was wait till her time arrives....let the path choose her...or wait for the Ray of hope to shine.
      She sighed once again, " This isn't bad either", she said " Let the Chaos reign !!"


 

         


 

The Perfect Duet

Did you break the wall,
Or I left the window to my Soul open?
And there it was,
A reflection of Me, so alike,
And yet so unlike.....

The Smiles and Laughs,
The chatter non - stops...
All rhymed like
A Beautiful Song !

But, alas it was, a mere illusion,
Coz when I reached out to touch....
It vanished without conclusion.
Leaving behind a sweet fragrance....

A New Year....A New Beginning

                                                      


               A New year symbolises so many things....it's time for celebration, renewed hope, making new resolutions (which we never keep up with.) It gives us a reason to Smile ,to look forward  to new things in life. The mystery of the year to come draws us closer to it.
           Many things change and yet nothing changes...and u are thankful about these little mercies of God.You wish that this year be better than the last and that your hopes and dreams get fulfilled at last. Thus the day starts with Hope in your Heart and Promises in your eyes...to make it the Happiest Year of your Life !!
